Cancellation Policy:

At Bahnhaus salon we understand that unexpected events may occur, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, we kindly request that you provide us with sufficient notice to avoid any inconvenience to both parties.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. If you fail to do so or do not show up for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you as follows:

  • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged 50% of the service cost.

  • If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide any notice, you will be charged the full cost of the service.

We understand that emergencies may arise, and we will always do our best to accommodate your needs. However, please understand that our time is valuable, and we must maintain a fair policy for both our clients and our staff.

We take pride in providing the highest quality services to our clients. However, certain hair services may require more time, effort, and products to achieve the desired result. In such cases, we may need to charge an additional cost to cover these expenses.

If you are booking a hair service that requires additional time and products, such as previous hair color, extensions or excess hair, our staff will inform you of the estimated cost before proceeding with the service. The additional cost will depend on the complexity of the service and the amount of products used.

We believe in transparent pricing, and we want to ensure that our clients are aware of any additional costs before the service is performed. We will never charge you without your prior knowledge and consent.

If you have any questions or concerns about the additional cost of a particular hair service, please feel free to discuss it with our staff before booking the appointment. We are happy to explain the details and provide you with an accurate estimate of the total cost.

Refund Policy:

We are committed to providing high-quality services and products to our clients. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product or service, please read our refund and service correction policy carefully.

Refunds for Products:

  • We do not offer refunds for products that have been opened or used.

  • If you have purchased a product that is unopened and unused, we will offer you a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Service Correction:

  • If you are unhappy with a service, please call us within 48 hours of your appointment to schedule a service correction.

  • We offer a complimentary service correction within 7 days of the original service.

  • After 7 days, we reserve the right to charge for any additional services.

  • Please note that we do not offer refunds for services, only service corrections.
